One of the most memorable vacation I had was visiting Hawaii.
If you are expecting the same vibe with SoCal, Cancun or Miami, you’re wrong.
Hawaii has its own unique atmosphere. More humid, dense population and beach-y environment.
The hotel I stayed was Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa, Waikiki Beach.
Their food wasn’t the best, but the location and its history outweighs their mediocre breakfast and lunch.
One thing you must do in Hawaii is to go eat banana coconut pancakes.
The Japanese population in Hawaii almost exceeds 40% of the entire island population, which means Japanese cuisines are extremely accessible yet delicious enough to not go out of business.
Having said that, try sushi and grab a musubi if you happen to visit Hawaii.
